Accounting... I know, I heard you sigh…  Most people have a rather drab opinion of accounting.  Dusting your blinds may sound more appealing to you.  After all, what possesses someone to actually pursue a career in accounting?  Well, appreciating accounting is much the same as appreciating a fine wine or a work of art.  Our profession is truly noble, fascinating and constantly changing.  The fact of the matter is, just like all other areas of life, certain people can appreciate the true intricacies of their profession and redefine the public perception of an entire industry.

In our opinion, we are that type of firm.  While we may not be able to change the entire public’s perception of the industry as a whole (at least not yet), we have changed our clients' perception.  To them, we are not just number crunchers or pencil pushers, we are a proactive, forward thinking firm, and a vital part of their success.

Firm History

Our Firm was founded in 1972 by Thomas O. Castro, CPA.  In the beginning, Tom was the only accountant on staff, but as the years went by, through his hard work and determination, the firm grew in size and by developing an impeccable reputation in the greater Attleboro area. 

Currently, the firm has four partners and  employs several staff and administrative personnel.   Collectively, our CPA’s on staff  have well in excess of 100 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting.
